The Best Fit Nail (BFN) is a short femoral nail for femoral neck fractures with an anterior offset of the lag screw relative to the nail shaft to match the offset in the human femur.

BFN Nails are available in the following variations:

• Offset: 0mm (straight nail), 2mm (left, right), 4mm (left, right)
• Distal diameter: 9mm, 10mm, and 12mm
• Cervical angle: 125°, 130°
• Lag Screw length: 75mm, 80mm, 85mm, 90mm, 95mm, 100mm, 105mm, 110mm, 115mm, 120mm.

The most widely used nails have 4mm offset, 10mm distal diameter, and a cervical angle of 125°or 130°.

BFN has prepared a complete set of instruments for performing operations and will provide together with the BFN nails to surgeons and hospitals.
